Together, we can shift your realm of health, healing, and consciousness. I will help guide you to a Spiritual Awakening into the essence of who you truly are. The alternative approach is to apply methods of Spiritual Psychology, Holistic and Metaphysical practices, all proven to have great success for thousands across the globe.

Your initial session will entail an in-depth discussion of where you are in your life at this point in time (like case management). Together, we will create a plan to put you on your healing journey. You will learn to take a different approach toward being Strong, Resilient, and Pro-Active when faced with new challenges that may come your way.

A little about myself. I have lived my ups and downs in life like anyone else. But I eventually was ALBE2C when I had no choice but to take the alternative path, the one I was meant to be on. I have overcome abuse, neglect, illness, and many losses. I have also been blessed with many wonderful experiences and a loving family that I had later in life.
Over twenty years ago, I finally chose to focus more on my studies in psychology and combine that with my spiritual background. I heard Norman Vincent Peale say, "Find what you do best in life and DO IT!" That was his key to success. I took that advice and found my passion to help others.
My vision has been to create a holistic one-stop-shop with a team of individuals who are on a similar path as myself. This is my virutual setting to show people how to get to the root of the situation. By rewiring our minds and taking a different approach we can overcome nearly anything--and achieve nearly anything. I ask that you keep and open mind and come into my world for a bit. The possibilities are endless.
